沈偉,博士,教授。1975年生,山東滕州市人。教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才,山東省自然科學(xué)杰出青年基金獲得者,動(dòng)物生殖與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新山東省高校重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室負(fù)責(zé)人和首席專家,山東省“動(dòng)物遺傳育種與繁殖”重點(diǎn)學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,山東省優(yōu)秀研究生導(dǎo)師、青島市優(yōu)秀教師,生殖生物學(xué)會理事,動(dòng)物遺傳標(biāo)記學(xué)會理事,美國生殖生物學(xué)學(xué)會正式會員。Gene、PlosONE、Stem Cell Epigenetics等刊物編委,Development等30余種國際雜志審稿人。研究方向?yàn)樯臣?xì)胞發(fā)生與生殖干細(xì)胞,主要圍繞與動(dòng)物繁殖潛能開發(fā)、人類生殖健康等相關(guān)問題,進(jìn)行生殖干細(xì)胞和原始生殖細(xì)胞(PGC)的增殖與分化、卵母細(xì)胞發(fā)生的細(xì)胞互作與分子調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制、動(dòng)物生物技術(shù)育種等方面的研究。

2004年7月獲得了西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)與軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士學(xué)位,2006年6月北京大學(xué)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)博士后出站,2007年7月破格晉升為教授,2007年8月至2008年8月中國科技大學(xué)客座研究,2009年9月至2010年8月加拿大Guelph大學(xué)博士后。

近5年來,先后主持了國家重大科學(xué)研究計(jì)劃(973)“卵泡發(fā)育的分子調(diào)控”等項(xiàng)目的子課題4項(xiàng),國家自然科學(xué)基金“胚胎干細(xì)胞體外分化的卵母細(xì)胞減數(shù)分裂的分子調(diào)控”等4項(xiàng),國家轉(zhuǎn)基因生物新品種培育重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“優(yōu)質(zhì)高產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)基因肉羊新品系培育”2項(xiàng),山東省自然科學(xué)杰出青年基金“動(dòng)物卵母細(xì)胞發(fā)生的分子調(diào)控”1項(xiàng),參加國家973項(xiàng)目、863重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金等課題10余項(xiàng)。

帶領(lǐng)的研究組建立了從減數(shù)分裂前的雌性生殖細(xì)胞向卵母細(xì)胞體外發(fā)生、發(fā)育的培養(yǎng)體系,使卵原細(xì)胞在體外順利完成了減數(shù)分裂的啟動(dòng),并成熟、受精后獲得發(fā)育的囊胚;利用該體系系統(tǒng)研究了卵母細(xì)胞發(fā)生的分子調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制,以及印跡基因DNA甲基化建立和擦除的影響機(jī)制。建立了原始卵泡體外形成與發(fā)育的模型,并獲得了體外受精的囊胚;利用該模型,系統(tǒng)研究了卵泡形成與募集過程中PI3K/Akt信號通路的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制。近5年來,沈偉教授研究組在《Endocrinology》、《Cell Cycle》、《Stem Cell Dev》、《Histochem Cell Biol》、《Biol Reprod》、《Mol Hum Reprod》、《Reproduction》、《Biochem Biophys Res Commun》、《Reprod BioMed Online》、《Mol Reprod Dev》、《Reprod Fertil Dev》和《Theriogenology》等刊物上發(fā)表研究論文50余篇。已培養(yǎng)研究生22人,皆發(fā)表了SCI收錄論文,有研究生第一作者發(fā)表的論文累積影響因子達(dá)9.454,半數(shù)以上的研究生到了國內(nèi)外重點(diǎn)大學(xué)和研究機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行繼續(xù)深造。目前在讀碩士研究生11人、博士研究生4人。
